Persistence and tenacity:
taking measured risks, surmounting obstacles, and with patience, completing
worthwhile missions that fulfil one's purpose. By Steve Brunkhorst
Permanence, perseverance and persistence
in spite of all obstacle s, discouragement s, and impossibilities: It is this
that in all things distinguishes the strong soul from the weak.
Affirmation: I am stronger than all obstacles. I learn from my mistakes.
As long as we are persistence in our
pursuit of our deepest destiny, we will continue to grow. We cannot choose the
day or time when we will fully bloom. It happens in its own time.
Affirmation: I will continue to do those things, which assure my dreams will bloom.
Persistence and self-education are the
keys. Nobody can teach you how to write-you have to teach yourself, using the
examples of others for inspiration.
Affirmation: Today I will teach myself new skills
Flaming enthusiasm, backed up by horse
sense and persistence, is the quality that most frequently makes for success.
Affirmation: My enthusiasm is strengthened by my will!
I am overwhelmed by the grace and persistence of my people.
Affirmation: I honor the persistency of all people.
Knowing trees, I understand the meaning
of patience. Knowing grass, I can appreciate persistence.
Affirmation: I embody both patience and persistence.
I am personally convinced that one
person can be a change catalyst, a "transformer" in any situation, any
organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It
requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith
to be a transforming leader.
Affirmation: I will lead by uplifting others.
To make our way, we must have firm resolve, persistence, tenacity. We must gear ourselves to work.
Affirmation: My work is reflective f my determination to achieve my goals.
The history of the world is full of men who rose to leadership, by sheer force of self –confidence, bravery and tenacity
Affirmation: I will be the change I wish to see in the world.
Tenacity is a pretty fair substitute for bravery, and the best form of tenacity I know is expressed in a Danish fur trapper’s principle “The next mile is the only one a person really has to make.”
Affirmation: I will walk the next mile with strength and purpose.
We wouldn’t ask why a rose that grew from the concrete for having damaged petals, in turn, we would all celebrate its tenacity, we would all love its will to read the sun, well, we are the roses, this is the concrete and these are my damaged petals, don’t ask me why, thank god and ask me how.
Affirmation: I will celebrate the beauty and gift of each moment without asking why.
