I am personally convinced that one
person can be a change catalyst, a "transformer" in any situation, any
organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It
requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith
to be a transforming leader.

Tenacity is a pretty fair substitute for bravery, and the best form of tenacity I know is expressed in a Danish fur trapper’s principle “The next mile is the only one a person really has to make.”
Affirmation: I will walk the next mile with strength and purpose.
We wouldn’t ask why a rose that grew from the concrete for having damaged petals, in turn, we would all celebrate its tenacity, we would all love its will to read the sun, well, we are the roses, this is the concrete and these are my damaged petals, don’t ask me why, thank god and ask me how.
Affirmation: I will celebrate the beauty and gift of each moment without asking why.
